TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of coaching services ("Coaching Services") by The Pleasure Practice LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to individuals ("you" or "Client"). By engaging in the Coaching Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

1.1   The Coaching Services provided may include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, workshops, and online resources. The specific details of the Coaching Services will be agreed upon between you and us.

1.2   We will make reasonable efforts to provide the Coaching Services in a professional and timely manner, utilizing our expertise and experience in the coaching field.

1. Client Responsibilities

2.1   You are responsible for actively engaging in the Coaching Services, setting goals, and completing any assigned tasks or exercises. You understand that the success of the coaching process depends on your commitment, openness, and willingness to take action.

2.2   You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. If you require therapeutic or medical support, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional assistance.

1. Confidentiality

3.1   We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during the Coaching Services. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

1. Fees and Payment

4.1   The fees for the Coaching Services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of the coaching relationship. Payment terms, including the frequency and method of payment, will also be agreed upon between you and us. Full payment or establishment of a payment plan is required at the time of service.  If you need to cancel a session, a 24 hour notice is required. Without a 24 hour notice, the full service amount will be charged.

4.2   All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or as required by law.

1. Intellectual Property

5.1   All materials, resources, and intellectual property provided to you during the Coaching Services are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the materials without our prior written consent.

1. Limitation of Liability

6.1   The Coaching Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Coaching Services.

​

6.2   We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Coaching Services or your participation in them.

1. Termination

7.1   Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

7.2   In the event of termination, any remaining coaching sessions or obligations will be determined on a case-by-case basis, as agreed upon by both parties.

1. Governing Law

8.1   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction for The Pleasure Practice, LLC.

​

8.2   Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of The Pleasure Practice, LLC.
